LANCELIN – HELL OF THE NORTH
Fondo A riders will test their endurance along *140km of an undulating country road with two challenging sections which include a 4km ‘pave’ segment of unsealed compacted gravel and 2km of demanding bitumen.
The 140km Course has a total ascent of 427 metres and a maximum elevation of 134 metres.
Both Women’s and Men’s A Grade will run along the same course but over 120km distance, including the pave and bitumen sections.
For the Fondo B distance riders, if 140kms sounds too much? Not to worry, you can choose the *95km course option. This shorter course removes the ‘pave’ section, but still offers cyclists a challenge not to be missed.
The 95km Course has a total ascent of 302 metres and a maximum elevation of 132 metres.
Lower grade racing distances will use the Fondo B course over distances from 48-75km.
